How do I leave a dealership review?

At CarGurus, we believe in transparency and aim to provide shoppers with the most accurate dealer and vehicle information possible. To review a dealership, you must first submit a phone or email enquiry directly to the dealer through the CarGurus site. 

You must submit an enquiry either by using the Request Information form or by selecting the dealer's phone number displayed on the listing page. 

If you contact the dealer through CarGurus, you will receive an email within seven days inviting you to rate your experience with the dealership. Follow the link in the email to write about your experience. You will then be asked to verify your email address or phone number.
